Updated October 13, 2026. The RoyalRoyalty fan list is operated by RoyalRoyalty.
What you share
Join with an email address, a WhatsApp number, or both. City and country are entirely optional. No password, confirmation link, or activation is needed. We record when you joined and the update permissions you chose. Contact details are stored in a private database and are not displayed on the website.
What it is for
Your details are for RoyalRoyalty music releases, exclusive fan content, offers, giveaways and show announcements. Fans who leave a WhatsApp number qualify for guaranteed concert discounts, the rarest unreleased songs and priority in upcoming giveaways as these become available. City and country help us plan shows and send relevant local announcements. Entering a WhatsApp number and joining opts you into WhatsApp fan updates; leaving it blank keeps WhatsApp off. Joining does not authorize SMS or phone calls.
Website listening & feedback
A first-party browser identifier lets RoyalRoyalty see which website previews were started, estimated playback seconds, referral sources and approximate city/country from the hosting provider. We do not store your IP address or use GPS. If you join from the same browser, its listening activity can be linked to the contact details you entered. These contact details are not verified. Clearing cookies or switching devices starts a new browser record. This does not track listening on Spotify, Apple Music or other sites.
The feedback form saves your message and any contact you choose to leave. An existing signup from the same browser may identify the sender to RoyalRoyalty. Feedback is private and is not a signup for marketing. Contact details, activity and feedback are visible only in the protected owner dashboard.
RR Radio
RR Radio uses YouTube API Services to play full songs from the RoyalRoyalty music channel. The embedded player loads only when you choose Tune in. By using RR Radio, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube processes playback under the Google Privacy Policy and may use its own cookies and show ads. RoyalRoyalty does not control those ads or collect your Google account details. Your last radio track, playback position and shuffle choice are saved locally on this device so you can resume after pressing play. The station uses YouTube’s automatically updated uploads playlist; recent track titles refresh from its public release feed. You can clear the saved radio position by clearing this site’s browser storage.
The Royal Room
Community nicknames, messages, badges and rankings are public. No email or password is needed to chat. A separate first-party browser cookie keeps your nickname and private drops attached to this browser. Clearing it or changing devices loses access to that profile. Nicknames are not verified identities. If this browser also joins the fan list, only RoyalRoyalty can see its contact details alongside the community profile. Private reward notes are visible to their recipient and RoyalRoyalty, never in the public chat or leaderboard. Recipients can copy or share what they receive. Chat messages may be removed and posting paused by RoyalRoyalty. Community rewards are chosen by RoyalRoyalty when available; badges do not automatically reveal contact details or unlock files.
Chase the Aura
The arcade needs no account. A private first-party cookie remembers this browser. Fan, chat and game profiles have no scheduled server-side expiry. Their cookies renew for 400 days whenever you return to the music page or reopen the relevant feature; returning after a year can keep the same profile. Browsers can shorten storage lifetimes or clear site data, so permanent access cannot be guaranteed. Your companion, best scores, game seeds and control replays are saved in the database; unfinished progress also saves locally on this device. Nicknames and best scores are public, and new personal bests appear in chat. Clearing cookies or changing devices loses access to your guest profile. Contacts from the fan list may be linked to this browser in the private owner dashboard.
The prize challenge is open worldwide, free to play, and awarded to the first server-verified winner in each round. RoyalRoyalty arranges USDT payment manually. Prize contact details, optional phone, wallet, review notes and payment records stay private to the claimant and RoyalRoyalty. Claim contacts are for administering prizes and do not subscribe you to marketing. Replay verification checks scoring and timing; RoyalRoyalty can check claims for forged or automated play. RoyalRoyalty sends any payments separately.
The Vault
The Vault opens with an email or WhatsApp number. We check email format and whether its domain can receive mail, or the phone’s country-specific numbering rules. These checks do not verify ownership. Only the email domain is sent to Cloudflare’s DNS resolver; the part before @ is not sent. Joining subscribes the contact you supply to music and show updates. A private browser cookie remembers access for 400 days and renews when you return. Saved fan access has no scheduled server expiry; deleting site data or changing devices loses browser recognition. You can forget Vault access using the control inside the Vault. Unsubscribing removes the fan record and its Vault access. Uploaded recordings are stored privately and playable by fans with Vault access. Fans can download or share recordings after access; the Vault is not copy protection.
Owner dashboard
The owner dashboard uses a separate private login cookie and access code. Its cookie and server session last 400 days and renew during dashboard use. Signing out ends that browser’s session. Changing the owner access code signs out other owner sessions. Browser settings can still clear cookies.
Your choices
You can listen without joining. When updates are sent, they will include a way to leave the list. You can also request a correction or deletion by emailing bo$$@royalroyalty.music or through @royalroyalty.music on Instagram. We keep contact details until you leave the list or ask us to remove them.
Services and storage
The website and database are hosted using Sites and Cloudflare. Email or WhatsApp delivery services may process the contact details needed to send updates. The signup form currently collects the list; message delivery is configured separately.
Favorites stay on your device. The signup panel follows you near the bottom of the screen. You can minimize or expand it without changing your place on the page. The minimized choice is remembered during your visit. Music previews stream from Apple Music after you press play.
